This advanced course is designed for immigration advisers preparing for the IAA Level 2 assessment. It focuses on the immigration routes covered in the Level 2 exam, with a particular emphasis on more complex cases, immigration categories, and the legal frameworks surrounding them. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the eligibility criteria, application processes, and grounds for refusal for each immigration route, as well as key strategies for navigating these in the assessment. The course also includes practical exercises, case studies, and exam preparation techniques to ensure participants are well-prepared for the IAA Level 2 exam.
