We offer a free 30 minute consultation either over the phone or by video call. This consultation is designed to offer you advice on your eligibility and assess the merits of your case. You will have a detailed discussion with an experienced Immigration lawyer who will be able to advise on your best course of action. Following your consultation you will also receive written confirmation of the advice you were given, along with details of the recommended next steps. If there is an Immigration application you can make, then we will also provide details of the further assistance we can provide.
Citizenship Assessment
If you believe you may have a claim to British Citizenship through your ancestors, or due to historic gender discrimination then we can provide a detailed assessment of your case and confirm whether you may have a claim to Citizenship. We will also provide you with details of the next steps you will need to take and details of how we can assist you with this. Our fee for this assessment is £140, and is deductible from our application service should you proceed with an application with us.
application service
Our application service provides you with expert immigration assistance, where we provide detailed guidance on the documents required, complete all application forms on your behalf and upload all documents to the Home Office online portal. Most importantly, we will provide a detailed letter of representation to accompany your application, highlighting how you meet the requirements of the visa you are applying for and arguing any applicable case law that may be relevant to your case.
document check
If you are confident in your application and have been able to prepare and complete your application yourself, then we also offer a document check service. With this option, we will review your completed application against the Immigration rules in the same way a decision maker at the Home Office would. We will then provide you with feedback on your application and make recommendations for any improvements.
appeal service
If your visa application has been refused then you may be able to lodge an appeal or administrative review. It is important that your appeal or administrative review is prepared correctly, inline with procedure rules, and that it is properly represented at the Tribunal. Our appeal service is there for when things have gone wrong, we will prepare your appeal to the highest standard and represent you in the Tribunal if necessary.
